Our Team
JAMs’ team represent significant recruitment experience in a variety of market sectors, meaning each one is a specialist rather than a generalist in their given field, giving you instant access to years of knowledge in recruitment issues for your specific needs. In many cases, we assign individual consultants or account managers to each client, meaning you have just one point of contact and a dedicated member of staff to service all of your needs.
Each one of our consultants is rigorously trained in what we call the JAM Selection Method. This method is based on a multi-dimensional model and considers workplace behaviour in relation to elements such as key result areas, environment, competences and culture. It aims to identify people who will succeed in your environment in a time efficient and economical manner whilst reducing the risk of making the wrong decision. In addition, we take a structured approach to ensure that each of our consultants is kept abreast of market trends and new technologies in both a theoretical and practical sense.
